Thanksgiving Weekend With the Tonai Family

Each year on Thanksgiving Day, Jochen, Toby, Joshua and I travel down to Ladera Ranch in Orange County to spend a few days with the Tonai Family -- Kevin, Jenn, Jessica, and Julia. The kids are close in age and play together remarkably well, Kevin and Jochen enjoy watching sports, dicussing politics, playing video games (like the new Wii), and puzzling past midnight, while Jenn and I chat, visit the hot tub, or catch a movie (once the kids are in bed). All in all, a welcome respite for the entire family.
